The proposal focuses on public space in high-density subtropical cities, introducing sustainable improvements through small-scale, lightweight interventions within existing environments. A transformable façade system is inserted into aging shopfronts and adjacent streets, taking on multiple roles such as service windows and circulation organizers, activating the relationship between shops and public space.

Through its opening and closing mechanism, the façade makes the shifting boundary between private and public space perceptible over time, encouraging renewed awareness of everyday environments and revealing the latent potential of existing spaces.
